Combination of on-land and over-water villas in Maldives
Six Senses Laamu
Six Senses Laamu is the only resort in the Laamu Atoll, deep in the Indian Ocean. Just an inter-island plane trip from Malé International Airport and a short boat ride brings you to a place where dolphins swim. The luxury Maldives resort is a combination of on-land and over-water villas constructed of sustainable materials and set around the palm-fringed paradise.
At several lounges and restaurants our chefs from East and West prepare mouthwatering dishes, many created from produce grown in the island’s organic gardens.
Junior Marine Biologist
Six Senses Laamu’s message is that everyone can be a marine conservationist, so our marine team’s Maldives Underwater Initiative is inviting the next generation of marine stewards to be part of a special program for youngsters aged 6 to 16.
DEEP BLUE DIVERS
PADI certified and 100% AWARE listed, Deep Blue Divers is owned and operated by the resort to offer guests premier diving experiences in the surrounding colorful reefs while focusing on enhancing guest awareness, appreciation and understanding of the marine environment.
About the Laamu
Beautifully remote, yet easily accessible by plane and boat from Malé, Six Senses Laamu is set in a lagoon where dolphins swim along the sandy shoreline. With villas set over-water and on the palm-fringed island, there are all the creature comforts, plus a choice of overwater lounges and restaurants and amazing excursion experiences.
“Perfection Does Exist.”
