A first safari, a return visit focused on photography and a family introduction to wildlife deserve different itineraries. Tell us what you have already experienced and what you hope to see or learn. We consider guiding, habitat and the balance of activities before adding another camp. Wildlife encounters remain unpredictable; that is part of travelling in a living landscape.

Off-road driving, walking and night activities depend on the location and operator. We clarify the relevant arrangements rather than presenting every safari as the same kind of access.
