A home that fits, not just a bedroom count
For a multi-generational family, friends travelling together or a longer private stay, the floor plan matters. We consider the balance of suites, stairs, distance between bedrooms, shared spaces and access to the outdoors. Photographs rarely answer every practical question. Your shortlist should reflect who is travelling and how the property will work from breakfast to the end of the evening.

A staffed villa can mean anything from periodic housekeeping to a resident manager and a full culinary team. We clarify the proposed staffing, working hours, meal arrangements, provisioning and additional charges. If you prefer unobtrusive service, that belongs in the brief alongside food preferences and any arrangements for children or accompanying staff.

Enjoy a base, not a fixed programme
A well-chosen residence allows you to settle in. Some days might involve a private guide or a boat excursion; others need nothing more than lunch at home. We can explore dining, drivers and experiences around your preferred rhythm. For celebrations, venue permissions, guest limits and event costs need to be confirmed separately from the accommodation itself.
